The Mudguard at front is a must. Otherwise you will destroy your electrical and electronic equipment behind the dashboard in case of water and dirt. Of course this guard will not keep away all the water, but I have very good experiences with it

The reproduction of it is very easy. All you need is a piece of aluminium with the dimensions of:

length: 450 mm, width=160mm, thickness=2-3mm

Cut it as you could see it at the pictures. To made the brackets, you should use first a weldind wire or something like that. This wire will be bend over the front fork bridge and with this you will get the shape auf the brackets.

The rest is only color and mounting.
